As part of my Bible class in school, we are having a debate on music. I go to a fundamental Baptist school, started by a fundamental Baptist Church, and our stand on music is VERY strict. My Bible teacher (who is also our youth pastor, and music director) is doing this debate to let us figure out what WE believe about music. I found this a little difficult at first, as I know where I stand on music, but still had many questions (neither of my parents are Christians, so I had to find my "own standards") and I could not back up much of what I believed. I'm sooo glad I found your site! It has given me enough information to have at least a basis for my argument. If you have anything else that may help, PLEASE contact me.
