OTHER ORDERING METHODS
If you are unable to pay by credit card through our website, you may also order through the mail. We accept any form of bank draft (check, money order, etc.) payable in USD. Simply follow these instructions to figure out your total amount owed:
1. Add your desired resource(s) into our shopping cart system (don't worry, you won't need a credit card and nothing will actually be submitted)
2. Click on the green checkout button and proceed to fill out your information in order for the system to calculate your shipping & handling and tax (where applicable). There is no need to fill in any payment information.
3. Printout this order page from the shopping cart showing your desired resources, shipping charges, tax (if applicable), your name, address, phone, email, and make your check/money order payable to Fight the Good Fight Ministries for the Total amount shown (you can then clear your cart and/or close your browser window before going any further). Mail a copy of the printout and your check/money order to:

You may also order over the phone using your credit card by calling our toll-free phone number at 1-866-JC-TRUTH (1-866-528-7884). Please leave your name, phone number and a message that you'd like to place a phone order and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are guaranteed from defects up to 45 days from the date of initial purchase. If you receive a defective resource, you may return it to the address above for an exchange. Please include a copy of your original order receipt and the defective product.
If you are unhappy with any resource(s) you have purchased, for any reason, we will accept your resource(s) in return for a full refund, including shipping & handling, for up to 45 days from the date of original purchase. Simply return your resource(s) to the address above, including a copy of your original order receipt, and we will issue your refund to your original funding source (the credit card we have on file for your purchase, your PayPal account, or we will mail a check if your order was by mail).
IMPORTANT NOTE: No refunds or exchanges will be honored without a copy of the original receipt of purchase or if it has been over 45 days since the date of original purchase.
