Acknowledgment & Agreement To Prohibitive Items

The following outlines the items that are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the premises of the camp. The purpose of this list is to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff members. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to abide by rules concerning the list of prohibitive items listed below:

1. Knives: Any type of knife, including but not limited to pocket knives, hunting knives, and multi-tools with blades, are strictly prohibited from being brought to camp. This includes any item with a blade longer than 3 inches.

2. Vape Pens and E-Cigarettes: The use or possession of vape pens, e-cigarettes, or any other electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited within the camp premises. This includes all related paraphernalia such as e-liquids and cartridges.

3. Drugs: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited at camp. This includes, but is not limited to marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and prescription drugs not prescribed to the individual.

4. Alcohol: The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages by campers or staff members is strictly prohibited.

5. Firearms and Weapons: The possession of firearms, explosives, ammunition, or any other weapon is strictly prohibited at the camp. This includes firearms carried for recreational purposes or self-defense.

6. Fireworks: The use, possession, or distribution of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited within the camp premises.

7. Illegal Substances and Paraphernalia: The possession or use of any item that is illegal or constitutes a danger to one’s sself or others is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, and items used for illicit activities.

8. Pornographic Material: The possession or distribution of pornographic material is strictly prohibited at the camp.

9. Unauthorized Electronics: Campers are prohibited from bringing unauthorized electronic devices such as gaming consoles, televisions, and radios. Exceptions may be made for essential electronic devices such as cell phones for communication purposes.

10. Pets: Bringing pets to camp is prohibited, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation and approval.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to expulsion from the camp program and legal consequences. By submitting your information, you acknowledge the understanding of the aforementioned rules and agree to abide by them.
