PLEASE NOTE: We ship orders one time per week, usually on Wednesdays. If you placed an order on or after Wednesday then your order will ship the following Wednesday. If you supplied a valid email address when placing your order, you will receive tracking information once your order is processed. If you supplied a valid mobile number or use the Shop app, you will also receive updates this way as well (as long as you have notifications active for the Shop app).
A Note Regarding Specialty Merch: Items purchased from our Merch category (apparel, hats, mugs, etc.) are shipped from third-party vendors who have their own shipping policies. As well as our shipping notification, you may also be contacted directly from the third-party vendor regarding shipping times and methods.
If you need your package shipped sooner and cannot wait until we ship packages on our standard shipment day (Wednesday), simply give us a call at 1-866-JC-TRUTH (1-866-528-7884) or email us at Orders@goodfight.org and if we can ship your order sooner we will do our best to accommodate you.
OTHER ORDERING METHODS
If you are unable to pay by credit card through our website, you may also order through the mail. We accept any form of bank draft (check, money order, etc.) payable in USD. Simply follow these instructions to figure out your total amount owed:
1. Add the desired product(s) into our shopping cart system (don’t worry, you won’t need a credit card and nothing will actually be submitted).
2. Go to the Checkout page, click on the Check out button, and proceed to fill out your information in order for the system to calculate your shipping & handling plus tax (where applicable). There is no need to fill in any payment information. (PLEASE NOTE: Final Shipping & Handling is not calculated until your address information is entered. )
3. Printout this order page from the shopping cart showing your desired products, shipping charges, tax (if applicable), your name, address, phone, email, and make your check or money order payable to Fight the Good Fight Ministries for the Total Amount shown (you can then clear your cart and close your browser window before going any further). Mail a copy of the printout of your order page and your check or money order to:

To order over the phone or if you have questions or concerns for an order you’ve already placed, please use the Customer Service Form below or call our toll-free phone number at 1-866-JC-TRUTH (1-866-528-7884). Please leave your name, phone number and a message that you’d like to place a phone order. Provide your Order ID Number if you have questions or concerns for an order you’ve already placed, and someone will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy on all products shipped by Good Fight Ministries, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you may login to your customer account and request a return or you may contact us at orders@goodfight.org or call 1-866-528-7884. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Good Fight Ministries, P.O. Box 2202, Simi Valley, CA 93062
If we have agreed to accept your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as any further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extended running time of many of our DVDs, we manufacture them on what is known as “dual-layer” DVDs (also known as DVD-9) in order to fit longer running programs onto one disc rather than across multiple discs. Some older DVD players may have trouble reading a dual-layer DVD once it reaches approximately the half way point of the program (or where the laser in your player transitions from one layer to the next – thus the name “dual-layer”). Before contacting us to tell us that your DVD is defective, we ask that you please try playing your DVD in a few other (preferably newer) players or computers before contacting us to replace your DVD. It’s quite possible that the DVD is not defective and replacing it won’t solve the issue if it is an issue with your DVD player.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund any difference in amounts, if any.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
