Have you ever scrolled #WitchTok, wondered if casting spells could fill the emptiness inside, or felt drawn to “the universe’s” power? You’re not alone.
Witchcraft isn’t fringe anymore—it’s everywhere. Recent data reveals that millions of Americans now identify as Wiccan or pagan, representing a 30% increase since 2014. On TikTok, #WitchTok has exploded to over 45 billion views, with teens and young adults posting spell tutorials, tarot readings, and “manifestation” rituals.
From Harry Potter’s 600 million books sold to The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, from Taylor Swift’s “Willow” music video (500 million streams featuring ritual chants and enchanted woods, with fans confessing “We’re not Swifties now—we’re witches”), to celebrity crystal collections, witchcraft has been repackaged as empowering, nature-based spirituality.
But what if the “ancient wisdom” you’ve been sold is actually a modern invention with a dark origin? What if the chains feel like freedom until you can’t break them?
Why Are Millions Turning to Witchcraft? The Ache We’re All Trying to Fill
If you’re reading this and feel defensive, that’s okay. Maybe witchcraft gave you something you were desperately searching for—a sense of power when you felt powerless, community when you felt alone, or control when life felt chaotic.
Here’s what the rise of witchcraft reveals about our generation:
We’re looking for:
-
• Power – “If I can manifest my desires, maybe I won’t feel so helpless”
• Connection – “Maybe I’ll finally find people who accept me”
• Meaning – “If I can tap into ‘the universe,’ maybe my life has purpose”
• Control – “If I perform the right ritual, maybe I can fix what’s broken”
• Authenticity – “This feels real and tangible, not abstract”
But what if you’ve been offered a counterfeit? What if there’s something infinitely better—and witchcraft is infinitely more dangerous than you’ve been told?
Before you dismiss this as just another attack on witchcraft, give us five more minutes. Because what we’re about to show is documented history that many leaders in the witchcraft community don’t want you to know.
Who Was Aleister Crowley? The Monster Behind the “Ancient Wisdom”

Aleister Crowley
In his own words:
-
• In his autobiography Confessions, Crowley explicitly stated his goal: to serve Satan and become his “chief of staff”
• He called himself “The Great Beast 666” and signed letters with that title
• He wrote: “Before I touched my teens, I was already aware that I was THE BEAST whose number is 666”
His actual practices (documented in his writings and by his followers):
-
• Performed sex magic rituals involving prostitutes, animals, children, students, and followers—many of whom suffered mental breakdowns
• Advocated and practiced child sacrifice, writing in Magick in Theory and Practice: “For the highest spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest force. A male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory” (Magick in Theory and Practice, chapter 12)
• Was a heroin addict who promoted drug use as a path to enlightenment
• Tortured animals in rituals and boasted about it
• Left a trail of destroyed lives: multiple followers committed suicide, went insane, or died under mysterious circumstances
His legacy:
-
• Founded the religion Thelema, which explicitly rejects God’s moral law
• Wrote The Book of the Law, considered a satanic text
• His maxim “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law” became the foundation for modern Satanism
And THIS is the man Gerald Gardner collaborated with to create modern Wicca. Does that sound like someone whose teachings you want to base your spirituality on?
The Shocking History You Haven’t Been Told

Gerald Gardner
The Unholy Pedigree: Gardner was a high-ranking member of Crowley’s occult organization, the OTO (Ordo Templi Orientis), and openly admitted Crowley gave him permission to use his teachings. Even Doreen Valiente, one of Wicca’s early leaders and Gardner’s high priestess, acknowledged that Gardner’s rituals contained material directly from Crowley’s writings.
The Borrowed Law: The famous Wiccan Rede—’An it harm none, do what ye will’—is drawn directly from Aleister Crowley’s maxim in his occult text Liber AL vel Legis: ‘Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.’ This philosophy, rooted in Crowley’s satanic rebellion, exalts self-will over God’s will, masked by the Rede’s ‘harm none’ qualification.
Even Satanists Admit the Truth

Anton LaVey
“There is no difference between ‘white’ and ‘black’ magic, except in the smug hypocrisy, guilt-ridden righteousness and self-deceit of the ‘white’ magician himself… The Satanist is intellectually and emotionally honest enough to realize that the power can come from only one source” (Anton LaVey, The Satanic Bible, New York: Avon Books, 1969, p. 110).
Think about that. The founders of modern Satanism admitted that all magic—”white” or “black”—draws from the same dark source. The color of your candles doesn’t change the source of the power.
Satan Comes as an Angel of Light
Jesus warned that “the devil… was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44).
The Bible also warns: “Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14).
This is exactly what’s happening with modern Wicca. It’s been repackaged as gentle, nature-loving, goddess-centered spirituality—but its roots go back to a Satanist’s teachings. The power behind the spells, the rituals, the invocations? It’s not neutral. It’s not from “the universe.” It’s demonic.
A Word to Honest Seekers
If you’re exploring Wicca because you love nature, crave healing, or long to belong, hear this: our concern isn’t to attack you, but to protect you. The Bible warns that there are malevolent spiritual powers behind idols that are very real (1 Corinthians 10:20). Jesus is the Creator who loves you—and He warns because He loves.
Why Trust Jesus? The Evidence Is Overwhelming
Before we look at what God says about witchcraft, we need to establish why Jesus’ words carry ultimate authority.
Jesus Christ is not just another spiritual teacher—He is the most historically verified figure of the ancient world. He fulfilled over 300 specific prophecies written hundreds of years before His birth, including His birthplace (Micah 5:2), His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14), His crucifixion (Psalm 22:16), and His resurrection (Psalm 16:10). The mathematical probability of one person fulfilling just eight of these prophecies is 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000!
His resurrection was witnessed by over 500 people at once (1 Corinthians 15:6), and His disciples—who had fled in fear—were transformed into fearless witnesses willing to die for what they saw. People don’t die for what they know is a lie.
For 2,000 years, millions have testified to Christ’s delivering power. Former Satanists, witches, drug addicts, murderers, and enslaved people have been set free by calling on His name. The archaeological, historical, and testimonial evidence for Jesus’ identity and power is staggering.
The same name that demons flee from (Acts 16:18) is the name that saves, heals, and delivers today.
What God Says About Witchcraft
The God who created you has something to say about witchcraft, and it’s not ambiguous:
“Let no one be found among you who…practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD” (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
Why Does God Use Such Strong Language?
Notice God doesn’t say witchcraft is “unwise” or “risky.” He says it’s “detestable”—the Hebrew word to’evah, meaning “utterly abominable, disgusting, morally repugnant.”
This is the same word used for:
-
• Child sacrifice to Molech (Leviticus 18:21)
• Sexual perversion (Leviticus 18:22)
• Idolatry that provoked God’s judgment on entire nations (Deuteronomy 7:25-26)
Why such severity? Because these practices all share one thing: they involve trafficking with demons masquerading as gods, spirits, dark powers or cosmic forces.
When God lists these forbidden practices, He’s not being arbitrary. He’s naming the specific ways demons gain access to human lives:
-
• Divination (tarot, pendulums, oracle cards) = asking demons for knowledge God hasn’t revealed
• Sorcery (spell-casting, potion-making) = invoking demonic power to manipulate reality
• Interpreting omens (astrology, reading signs) = submitting to demonic influence over your decisions
• Witchcraft (rituals, invocations) = worshiping and partnering with demonic entities
• Casting spells (even “positive” ones) = requesting demonic intervention in circumstances
• Mediumship (channeling, speaking to the dead) = opening yourself to demonic impersonation and possession
Every single practice on this list is a doorway. And once you open the door, you don’t get to control what walks through.
The Apostle Paul lists witchcraft among the deadly works of the flesh that exclude the unrepented from His eternal kingdom:
“Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery… and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God” (Galatians 5:19-21).
Paul gives a similar list in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, but follows it with this glorious promise for those who repent:
“Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God” (1 Corinthians 6:11).
But here’s the Glorious Hope: “Such Were SOME of You”
This means if you’re reading this and you’ve practiced witchcraft, you’re not beyond hope. You can be the next person who says: “Such was I—but I was washed.”
The Final Warning: What Happens to Those Who Don’t Repent
The Book of Revelation gives us a sobering glimpse of the final judgment. These aren’t symbolic metaphors—this is what Jesus Himself revealed to John:
“But outside the city will be dogs, witches, immoral people, murderers, idol worshipers, and everyone who loves to tell lies and do wrong” (Revelation 22:14-15).
Picture this: The New Jerusalem—God’s eternal city—with gates of pearl, streets of gold, the tree of life bearing fruit.
Inside: joy, light, worship, no more death or tears.
Outside: Witches. Permanently exiled from God’s presence. Permanently separated from everything good, true, and beautiful.
And then the second description:
“But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).
This isn’t metaphorical. This is the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15), where every person who rejected Christ will stand before God and give an account.
The “second death” means this: Your physical body dies once. But if you die without Christ, your soul dies eternally—conscious, aware, separated from God forever in the lake of fire.
Jesus Himself described it as:
-
• A place of “weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 13:42)
• “Where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched” (Mark 9:48)
• “Eternal punishment” (Matthew 25:46)
And here’s the devastating reality: People don’t just end up in the lake of fire because they were “too bad” or “did one wrong thing.” They end up there because they refused the only way out—Jesus Christ.
“There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
If you practice witchcraft and don’t repent, you’re not just breaking rules—you’re choosing eternal separation from the only One who can save you.
The Dual Chains: You’re Bound Twice–And You Don’t Even Know It
If you’re involved in Wicca, you’re not just “exploring spirituality” or “finding your path.” You’re in double bondage—chained by both Satan’s kingdom and God’s condemnation. And the cruelest part? You think you’re free!
Think about it: Witchcraft promises:
-
✗ “Empowerment” (but you’re enslaved to rituals and spirits)
✗ “Freedom” (but you can’t stop practicing without consequences)
✗ “Control over your life” (but the spirits start controlling you)
✗ “Connection to the universe” (but you’re actually connected to demons)
You’re like a prisoner who’s been told their chains are jewelry.
A. The Chain of Darkness (Satan’s Domain)
The Bible reveals that “the whole world is under the control of the evil one” (1 John 5:19), and that “the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers” (2 Corinthians 4:4).
The Law of the Captor: Satan is called “the ruler of this world” (John 14:30). When you practice witchcraft, you’re not tapping into neutral cosmic energy—you’re entering into a transaction with the kingdom of darkness.
Understanding Your True Condition
Before we can talk about freedom, you need to understand exactly what you’re enslaved to. This isn’t about shaming you—it’s about exposing the lies so you can escape. A prisoner can’t get free until they realize they’re in a prison.
So let’s be honest about what’s really happening when you practice witchcraft. Here are the two chains binding you:
Chain #1: Spiritual Bondage to Demonic Powers
When you cast a spell, read tarot, invoke “the goddess,” or perform any occult ritual, you’re not accessing “neutral cosmic energy.” You’re making contact with intelligent, malevolent spiritual beings the Bible calls demons.
The Bible is clear about their nature:
-
• They are fallen angels who rebelled against God (Revelation 12:7-9, 2 Peter 2:4)
• They are liars whose native language is deception (John 8:44)
• They disguise themselves as angels of light, spirit guides, goddesses, and ancestors (2 Corinthians 11:14-15)
• Their goal is your destruction (John 10:10 – “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy”)
• They are under Satan’s command, who is “the ruler of this world” (John 14:30)
When you invite them in, they don’t leave when you want them to. Ask any ex-witch. The “guides” that seemed helpful at first became demanding, oppressive, and terrifying.
This is slavery. You thought you were gaining power, but you’ve actually signed away your freedom to beings far more powerful than you—beings who hate you because you bear God’s image.
The Author’s Testimony

Joe Schimmel
Once I realized I had opened myself up to evil spirits and that I was trapped in Satan’s kingdom, I cried out to the Lord Jesus Christ. He delivered me instantaneously. I renounced my involvement in witchcraft, destroyed everything connected to it, and found complete victory through Christ. Today, I walk in the true power and love of Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. If He can set me free, He can set you free.
Chain #2: Legal Bondage Under God’s Judgment
But there’s a second chain even more terrifying than the first. When you practice witchcraft, you’re not just in bondage to demons—you’re under God’s condemnation.
The Bible says:
-
• “The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people” (Romans 1:18)
• “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them” (John 3:36)
Here’s what this means: God is not a cosmic therapist who just wants you to “find yourself.” He is the holy Judge of the universe, and He has declared witchcraft to be rebellion against His authority.
Every spell you cast is an act of cosmic treason. You’re saying: “I don’t want Your power, God. I don’t want Your provision. I don’t want Your plan. I’ll make my own way using powers You’ve forbidden.”
And God’s response? “Fine. If you insist on choosing darkness, I’ll give you what you’re asking for—eternity separated from Me.”
The terrifying reality: You can be delivered from demons but still face God’s judgment. You need rescue from BOTH chains. The good news? Jesus breaks both chains at once.
GET THIS TRACT >>
But First: The Test You Didn’t Know You Were Failing
Before you can understand why you need Jesus, you need to understand your real problem. It’s not just that you’ve practiced witchcraft. It’s that you’ve been a rebel against God your entire life—and so has every human ever born.
Let’s be honest with each other:
The Good Person Test:
-
• Have you ever told a lie? The Bible calls you a liar (Colossians 3:9).
• Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Jesus said that’s adultery in your heart (Matthew 5:28).
• Have you ever used God’s name as a curse word? That’s blasphemy—using the name of your Creator as a filth word (Exodus 20:7).
• Have you ever put anything—relationships, career, pleasure, your “higher self”—before God? That’s idolatry (Exodus 20:3).
By God’s standard—absolute moral perfection—every single one of us is guilty. The Bible puts it bluntly:
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
And the sentence?
“The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).
Not just physical death. Spiritual death—eternal separation from God in conscious torment.
You’re a prisoner in solitary confinement—chained by crimes you’ve committed, sitting in a cell of your own making. And the sentence is eternal.
The Greatest News You’ll Ever Hear: God Entered Your Prison
But imagine this:
You’re sitting in that prison cell—guilty, condemned, hopeless. The chains are real. The sentence is just. You know you deserve it.
Then you hear footsteps.
The Judge Himself walks to your cell. But He’s not wearing His judge’s robes. He’s dressed in prisoner’s clothes.
He looks at you with eyes full of tears and says:
“I’m taking your place.”
You protest: “But I’m guilty! I deserve this!”
He says: “I know. That’s why I’m here. I love you too much to leave you here.”
He opens your cell door, takes the chains off your wrists, puts them on His own, and sits down in your place.
And then He says: “You’re free. Walk out. The sentence has been paid. Not because you deserved it—but because I love you.”
That’s EXACTLY what Jesus did!
This isn’t a parable. This is history. This is what happened 2,000 years ago on a Roman cross outside Jerusalem. Jesus Christ—God in human flesh—lived the perfect life you couldn’t live.
Every temptation you failed, He passed. Every law you broke, He kept. Every sin you committed, He resisted. For 33 years, He lived in absolute moral perfection.
Then He went to the cross—not as a victim, but as a volunteer.
“No one takes [My life] from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord” (John 10:18).
On that cross:
-
• He absorbed God’s wrath that should have fallen on you
• He took your guilt and credited you with His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21)
• He defeated Satan, disarming the powers of darkness (Colossians 2:15)
• He conquered death itself, so you could live forever (1 Corinthians 15:54-57)
And three days later, He rose from the grave—proving He has the power to do everything He promised.
The tomb is empty. Death is defeated. The chains are broken. The prison door is open.
“God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
Not after you cleaned up your act. Not after you got your life together. Not after you stopped practicing witchcraft. While you were still His enemy—He loved you enough to die for you.
What Jesus Offers You Right Now:
Complete freedom from Satan’s kingdom: “He rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son” (Colossians 1:13).
Freedom from demonic oppression: “To open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins” (Acts 26:18).
Destruction of the devil’s work in your life: “The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8).
Freedom from the fear of death: “Through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives” (Hebrews 2:14-15).
Freedom from the curse you’ve been under: “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us” (Galatians 3:13).
Jesus fulfilled the law you broke. Jesus conquered the devil who enslaved you. Jesus offers you freedom—complete, total, eternal freedom.
“If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36).
Not partial freedom. Not temporary freedom. Not “you’re free but still in danger” freedom. INDEED free. Truly, completely, eternally free.
You’re Not Too Far Gone
Maybe you’re thinking, “I’ve gone too deep. I’ve done too much. I’ve made pacts. I’ve invoked spirits. God could never forgive me.”
That’s a lie from the enemy.
The apostle Paul was a murderer. He hunted down Christians and had them killed. He was an enemy of God. Yet God saved him, and Paul wrote:
“Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life” (1 Timothy 1:15-16).
If God saved Paul—the “chief of sinners”—to prove that anyone can be saved, then He can save you.
What Makes Jesus Different from Every Other “Spiritual Path”?
Maybe you’re thinking: “Okay, but how is Jesus different from any other religion? Why can’t I just find my own path?”
Here’s why Jesus is the only answer:
1. Every Other Religion Says “DO.” Jesus Says “DONE.”
-
• Witchcraft says: “Perform the right rituals, balance your karma, manifest your desires, and maybe you’ll find peace.”
• Other religions say: “Follow these rules, do these practices, be good enough, and maybe God will accept you.”
• Jesus says: “It is finished” (John 19:30). The work is DONE. I did it all for you. Just receive it.
You can’t earn salvation through spell work or good deeds or spiritual enlightenment. You can only receive it as a gift from the One who already paid for it.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
2. Every Other “God” Is an Idea. Jesus Is a Person Who Walked the Earth.
-
• Witchcraft offers: “The universe,” “divine energy,” “the goddess”–vague, impersonal forces
• Other religions offer: Teachers, prophets, philosophies
• Jesus is: God in flesh, who lived in history, died on a datable cross, and rose from a verifiable tomb
You’re not being asked to believe in an abstract concept. You’re being invited into a relationship with a Person who loves you, knows you, and gave His life for you.
“The Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14).
3. Every Other System Leaves You Guessing. Jesus Gives Certainty.
-
• Witchcraft says: “Did my spell work? Are the spirits helping me or hurting me? Am I doing it right?”
• Other religions say: “I hope I’ve been good enough. I hope I’ve done enough.”
• Jesus says: “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may KNOW that you have eternal life” (1 John 5:13).
Not “hope.” Not “maybe.” KNOW!
When you trust in Jesus, you can know—with absolute certainty—that you’re saved, forgiven, and heading to heaven.
4. Every Other Path Ends in Death. Jesus Conquered Death.
-
• Witchcraft’s endgame: “Maybe reincarnation? Maybe oblivion? Maybe… something?”
• Other religions’ endgame: “Work your way up, hopefully reach enlightenment or paradise”
• Jesus’ promise: “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die” (John 11:25-26).
Jesus didn’t just teach about life after death. He conquered death and came back to prove it.
The tomb is empty. Over 500 witnesses saw Him alive after His crucifixion (1 Corinthians 15:6). His disciples—who had fled in fear—were so convinced they saw Him risen that they died proclaiming it.
People don’t die for what they know is a lie.
5. Jesus Is the ONLY One Who Claims to Be the ONLY Way
This isn’t arrogance. This is reality.
Jesus said: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).
Either He’s:
-
1. A liar (making false claims)
2. A lunatic (delusional about His identity)
3. LORD (exactly who He said He is)
The evidence points overwhelmingly to #3.
And if Jesus is God–and He says He’s the only way to the Father–then every other path leads to destruction, no matter how sincere, how enlightened, or how empowering it feels.
The Father Who’s Been Waiting for You
Do you know the story Jesus told about the prodigal son? (Luke 15:11-32)
A son demanded his inheritance early—essentially telling his father, “I wish you were dead.” He took the money, left home, and wasted everything on wild living.
When he hit rock bottom—starving, broken, covered in shame—he decided to go home. Not because he thought his father would welcome him back as a son, but because he hoped maybe he could be a servant.
But here’s what happened:
“While he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him” (Luke 15:20).
The father didn’t wait for him to clean up. He didn’t demand an explanation. He didn’t make him grovel. He RAN.
An elderly Middle Eastern man—in that culture—would never run. It was beneath his dignity. But this father hiked up his robes and sprinted down the road toward his son. He threw his arms around him. He kissed him. He threw a feast for him. He said: “This son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found!” (Luke 15:24).
That’s how God sees you. Not as a witch who is too far gone. Not as irredeemable, damaged goods. But as one He died to save. One worth running toward. The moment you turn toward Him, He’ll come running toward you.
And His eternal home is real, Jesus promised: “I go to prepare a place for you…I will come again and take you to Myself” (John 14:2–3). There, He will wipe away every tear; death, sorrow, and pain will be no more, and you will dwell with Him forever (Revelation 21:3–4). This is your Maker’s heart for you—personal, pursuing, unfailing.
What You Must Do
Salvation isn’t about being good enough. You can’t earn it. It’s a gift.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him” (John 3:16-17).
Here’s what you must do:
1. ADMIT your guilt before God. Confess that you’ve sinned and broken His law.
2. TURN away from witchcraft and sin. Repent—that means change your mind and direction completely.
3. BELIEVE that Jesus died for your sins and rose from the dead. Trust that He alone can save you.
4. FOLLOW Him as Lord. Surrender your life to Jesus. Commit to obeying Him, no matter the cost.
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).
Pray This Prayer (make these words your own):
Lord Jesus, I confess I have sought power and guidance apart from You. I’ve practiced witchcraft and broken Your commands, and I’m guilty before You. Thank You for dying for my sins and rising again. I renounce witchcraft and every agreement I’ve made with darkness. I renounce every spell I’ve cast, every entity I’ve invoked, every oath I’ve made. Deliver me, forgive me, and make me Yours. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I choose to follow You as Lord. Amen.
What to Expect After You Pray
If you just turned from darkness to Christ in faith and prayed that prayer sincerely, you belong to Jesus now. But here’s what you need to know: spiritual opposition may intensify before it subsides. Demons may test your resolve. You may face doubts, fears, or old temptations. This is normal. You’ve switched kingdoms—the enemy will push back. But Christ has already won the victory. You are safe in Him. Satan can harass but cannot possess what belongs to Jesus. Stay close to other believers, immerse yourself in Scripture, pray constantly, and remember: greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
But Also Expect This: A Life You Never Imagined
Yes, there may be spiritual warfare. Yes, you’ll face opposition. But that’s not the whole story. Here’s what else you can expect when you give your life to Christ:
Peace that doesn’t make sense: “The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7). The anxiety you tried to fix with spells? Jesus gives you peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances.
Joy that’s not based on your situation: “The joy of the LORD is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10). Not the fleeting high of a spell that “worked.” Deep, unshakeable joy in knowing you’re loved, forgiven, and secure.
Authentic community: Not a coven where you have to perform. Not a group where you’re accepted based on your “gifts.” A family of imperfect people who love you because Christ first loved them.
Purpose that matters eternally: No more searching for “your path” or “manifesting your destiny.” God has a purpose for your life—to know Him, love Him, and make Him known (Matthew 28:19-20).
Power that’s actually real: Not manipulation through spells. Not demonic counterfeits. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in you (Ephesians 1:19-20).
A future that’s secure: No more uncertainty about what happens after death. You have eternal life—starting now and lasting forever (John 3:16, 10:28).
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:9).
This isn’t just about escaping hell. It’s about entering into LIFE—real, abundant, eternal life with the God who loves you (John 10:10).
Take Action Today (Acts 19:18-19)
When early Christians in Ephesus turned to Christ, they brought their occult books and materials and burned them publicly as an act of renunciation. You must do the same:
Destroy all occult materials: Tarot cards, spell books, crystals used as talismans, altars, sigils, Ouija boards, pendulums—everything connected to witchcraft must be destroyed.
Renounce the darkness: Renounce every spirit you’ve invited, every pact you’ve made, every ritual you’ve participated in. The devil is a legalist—break agreements in Jesus’ name.
Replace spells with Scripture: Start with John 8:31–32: “If you continue in My word…you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” Swap tarot for the Living Word of God—let Christ’s truth break the devil’s lies.
Safety Guidelines:

• Do this safely: Destroy items legally and safely (don’t burn indoors; if you’re a minor, involve a parent/guardian and a church leader).
• Don’t go it alone: Ask a mature Christian to pray with you for renunciation and protection (Luke 10:19; Ephesians 6:10–18).
• Replace the void: Fill the space you’ve cleared—daily Scripture, prayer, church, the Lord’s Table (Acts 2:42)—so old habits don’t rush back (Matthew 12:43–45).
Find a Bible-believing church: You need Christian community, accountability, and discipleship (Hebrews 10:24-25).
Get baptized: This is your public declaration that you belong to Christ (Acts 2:38).
Read God’s Word daily: Start with the Gospel of John. Let Scripture replace the lies.
Still Have Questions?
Still have questions? Feel skeptical? You’re not alone. Jesus invites honest seekers—He isn’t threatened by doubts or your past. Reach out to a mature Bible-believing Christian who will listen and pray for you.
Picture your future in two directions. You stand at a fork in the road. Let me show you where each path leads:
PATH #1: Continue in Witchcraft
The spells keep working—for a while. But the oppression grows heavier. The spirits become more demanding. The emptiness deepens. Nothing fills the void.
Then one day, your heart stops.
You stand before the Great White Throne. The Judge—whose warnings you ignored, and the Son you refused—He opens the books. Every spell. Every invocation. Every time you chose darkness.
And you hear: “Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matthew 25:41).
Eternal separation. Eternal regret. No second chances.
PATH #2: Choose Jesus
You renounce the darkness. You step into the light.
It’s not easy at first—there’s spiritual warfare, a learning curve. But then you notice: The oppression lifts. For the first time in years you feel free. The fear disappears. You’re a child of God—sealed, protected, loved. The void is filled. Jesus fills it completely.
Years pass. You grow in faith. You discover your purpose—not through tarot, but through walking with the God who created you for Himself.
And then one day, your heart stops. But you’re not afraid. You open your eyes—and you see His face. The face you’ve longed for your whole life. Jesus—the One who died for you, rose for you, waited for you—welcomes you home.
And you hear: “Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your Master” (Matthew 25:21).
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more” (Revelation 21:4).
Forever free. Forever home. Forever His.
Which path will you choose?
The Final Call
You stand at a crossroads. You can continue in darkness, serving powers that want your destruction, heading toward the Great White Throne Judgment and the lake of fire. Or you can step into the light.
The Bible warns: “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). You will stand before God. Make sure you don’t stand there lost and Christ-rejecting, but washed and cleansed by the blood of Christ.
“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light… Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them… ‘Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you'” (Ephesians 5:8-14).
Jesus is calling you. He’s offering you freedom, forgiveness, and eternal life. The chains can be broken today. The sentence can be pardoned. The double bondage—Satan’s power and God’s condemnation—can be lifted.
Jesus doesn’t just judge—He yearns for you. Jeremiah 29:13 promises: “You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” No matter your spells or shame, He waits with open arms, ready to embrace you as His beloved.
But you must respond.
“Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon” (Isaiah 55:6-7).
Will you come to Him today? Will you turn from Satan’s lies and run to the Christ and His Truth? Will you exchange your chains for freedom?
There is hope. There is new life. There is true power waiting for you—in Christ alone.
“So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36).
